Washington: A recent study found that regular consumption of fast food could be dangerous for liver just like hepatitis.
According to the Dr Drew Ordon, author of the book `Better in 7’, fried foods do not just impact your cholesterol and waist line, the amount of fat and saturated fats could cause fatty liver.
He said that significant changes in liver were seen in the people after just a month of consistently eating fatty foods from fast food restaurants.
Regular consumption of those deep fried foods has many surprising complications and dangers for the people. The changes in the liver enzymes were being surprisingly similar to the damage by hepatitis which could lead to liver failure, said Ordon.
