Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday said that Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari and his allies were conspiring to derail the upcoming electoral process in the country.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader said that the rulers had forced people to live in a deprived state and without electricity. People now wanted to get rid of these thieves and thugs, he added.
Zardari and his allies are only concentrating on looting the country but people will drive out this corrupt mafia through the power of their vote in the next elections, he said.
Shahbaz Sharif further said that PML-N under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif would start the journey of progress and prosperity in the country and they would eliminate unemployment and load shedding after coming into power.
