Quetta: A person was killed and at last three other injured after a blast on Saturday in Quetta, the capital city of Pakistan’s crisis-stricken province Balochistan.
The blast reportedly exploded while it was being planted in a vehicle near Kuchlak Police Station.
Initial reports said that the person killed in the incident was itself the planter and killed on the spot.
“We are still trying to determine the cause of the blast,” a police official said. “By the look of it, it seems to be car-planted explosion, but it could be a suicide blast.”
Additional crew of security forces has been deployed and the site has been cordoned off.
