Islamabad: Pakistan Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar has denied Pakistan’s hand in the killings of two Indian soldiers Lance Naik Hemraj and Lance Naik Sudhakar Singh.
Speaking to CNN-IBN on Wednesday, India’s prominent news television, she said Pakistan was ready for a third party to verify their claims if ‘India doesn’t believe in its inquiry’.
“We have ordered an independent investigation but we are offering more, let a third party investigate the issue,” the foreign minister said and added that it was not Pakistani policy to not observe a cease fire on the LoC and not to go through to the mechanism which already existing.
She said that they were respecting and they want to respect the ceasefire.
She said that it was not their policy to do tit of tat.
Over few Indian ministers’ allegations after the incident, Khar said, “These type of allegations are unacceptable for Pakistan.”
“Since this happen in your territory…your army is need to do investigation to find out what actually happened.”
She said that both the countries can do investigation and assist each other in finding out what actually happened.
