Gari Khuda Bux: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday paid a rich tribute to his slain mother Benazir Bhutto, Grandfather Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and other activists of PPP and said that the martyrs of democracy live in his heart.
Addressing a large gathering at Garhi Khuda Bux on the eve of the 5th anniversary of Benazir Bhutto, Bilawal said that his mother and grandfather were martyrs and they along with hundrends of other PPP activists are also with him on that occasion.
“Why they have murdered the flag-bearers of peace,” he asked adding that those who had taken their lives were not able to stop PPP from accomplishing their mission.
The chairman also praised slain Awami National Party (ANP) leader Bashir Bilour and teenage activist Malala Yousafzai, who survived from the attack of Taliban militants in Swat.
“Those who think that they can make us afraid from these event are on the wrong path,” he said adding that he even not left the country after the demise of his mother.
He further said that if the militant mindset would harm one Malala, there would be thousands to replace him.
“How long you will go in killing innocent people, if one malala will be killed thousands will replace her, if one Benazir was killed thousands have replaced her,” he said.
“Judiciary is concern over the prices of ‘samosa’ and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) but they don’t have care over the illegal hanging of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.”
Every worker of PPP wants the decision of murder of Bhutto.
“We did not create panic when our GHQ was attacked, when Shabaz Bhatti was murdered, even not when Shaheed BIBI was killed and instead we raised the slogan of ‘Pakistan Khappay’,” he said.
