Islamabad: Riphah International University organised a week long sport events with the titled of “Battle of RIPHAHINED” for the students from December 5-11 at its main Campus sector in Islamabad to boost the extra-curricular activities among the students.
More 100 students from various faculties and departments of the university participated in the competition.
The games and competitions including foot ball, bad minton, Tug of war, poster competition, Volley ball, Cricket, computer games, table tannis, Naat competition and Qirat competition were part of the “Battle of Riphahined”.
Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad, Vice Chancellor of Riphah International University, the chief guest of the closing session of mega event, congratulated the organisers and volunteers on organising successful event.
The chief guest also announced cash prizes Rs5,000 each for the organisers and shields were distributed among the winner of the competitions.
