Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan has annulled Pakistan government’s decision to appoint Secretary Education and Training, Dr Qamar-uz-Zaman as Acting Executive Director of Higher Education Commission.

It also directed the concerned to reconsider the 57 applications pending in this regard and complete the entire process transparently within one month. “Interim arrangement should be made until this is done,” it added.
