Lahore: Internationally renowned Japanese wrestler Antonio Inoki turned Mohammad Hussain Anoki has showed aspiration to share his wrestling experience with young Pakistani wrestlers in the country.
Speaking to media during his arrival at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore on Saturday morning, Anoki said he wants to train young Pakistani wrestlers.
Antonio is on a visit to Pakistan after 36 years on the invitation of Punjab government.
He considers his visit to the country as a positive prospect for the betterment of sport ties between both the countries. He will also visit the graves of the slain Pakistani wrestling legends.
He expressed pleasure over his arrival in Pakistan and said that he has come here with a message of peace and love adding that he wants to promote wrestling across Asian continent.
Talking about his conversion to Islam, he said that he embraced Islam in 1990Â in Iraq but still do not know completely about Islam but wish to know as much as he can.
