Beijing: The 15-member Pakistan women’s cricket team reached China to participate in the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Women’s T20 Asia Cup.
Pakistan’s skipper Sana Mir while talking to media in Lahore before leaving for China, said that the team had done a lot of hard work and they would not disappoint the nation.
The coach Mohtashim Rasheed and the manager Ayesha among four officials also left for China with the team.
The coach expressed satisfaction over the team’s performance and said that two changes had been made for the cup.
The tournament is scheduled to begin from October 25.
