Lahore: Chief Election Commissioner Fakhruddin G Ibrahim has said that holding free and fare election is his mission and he is sure that the election would be held in time.
Speaking to media on Friday, he said that no political party had got a copy of electoral rolls from the ECP. Answering  a question regarding dual nationality, he said that the ECP would review the matter on Oct 9 during its meeting.
He said that situation in Balochistan was improving and he hoped that election would also be held in the province, adding that all the political parties want political process in the province.
He said that he had visited Balochistan and would soon visit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Ibrahim said that efforts were also being made for electronic voting. He remarked that there was no remedy to Pakistan except the free and fair election.
Th CEC said that voter lists had been placed and those who thought their votes had not been registered should got registered their names.
To a question he said that cases of fake degree of lawmakers were being referred to session judges.
