Islamabad: Director Legal Branch Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Colonel Akhtar Abbas has said that Ali Musa Gilani could not become hero and allegation against the force were wrong.
In a media briefing on Friday, he said that Mr Gilani was an absconder and his arrest warrants were issued by a court.
brushing aside the allegations of Ali Musa Gilani, a son of former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, he said that the accused was arrested outside the Supreme Court of Pakistan after he put up resistance as the force tried to nab him.
The colonel said that the ANF would produce evidences against Gilani and Makdum Shahabuddin on September 25.
