Islamabad: The Pakistan Muslim League- Functional, the Pakistan Muslim League-Q, the PML- Q Like Minded, the National People’s Party (NPP) have decided to sit on opposition benches in Sindh Assembly as the differences emerges between the coalition partners after the promulgation of Sindh People’s Local Government Ordinance.
Addressing a press conference at the Karachi Press Club on Tuesday, PML-F leader Imtiaz Shieikh termed the SPLGO as conspiracy to divide Sindh.
He demanded of the government to immediately withdraw the new ordinance. It is to mention here that the Awami National Party has also parted its ways with the Sindh government in protest against the new ordinance.
Sindh’s nationalists parties have given strike call on September 13 against the SPLGO.
