Islamabad: Pakistan has once again said that the US drone strikes are against the sovereignty of the country and international laws.
Just a day after Pakistan summoned top US diplomat to lodge protest against the drone strikes inside the country, three more US drone strike in North Waziristan on Friday killed over 18 Pakistani citizens.
Pakistan Foreign Office Spokesman Moazzam Ahmed Khan during weekly media briefing on Friday said that they have clear point of view over the drone strikes, adding that the strikes were unhelpful and counterproductive to battle the terrorism.
He said that they were in contact with the US to solve the issue, adding various option were under consideration to stop the drone attacks.
“Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state..Indian allegations regarding nuclear attack are baseless,” he said and added that that Pakistan has no link with Assam violence.
“Indian allegation of hate messages by Pakistan are baseless…India should provide evidences if they have,” Khan said.
Speaking over the relations with Afghanistan, the spokesman said that both the neighbouring countries would solve all the issues including terrorism and security. “We will allow anyone to use our territory against any other country,” he added.
