Lahore: Two tyres godown in Lahore have been sealed after the presence of dengue larvas in them, a report said.
The report said that the Punjab health officials found the larvas in the tyres in the godowns situated in Batti Chowk area of the city.
The provincial government took key initiatives in this regard after the health experts found that the old tyres are the main source of dengue multiplication.
Over 100 people were died of dengue fever in the province last year while thousands other afflicted.
