Karachi: Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah has removed Sassui Palijo and Manzoor Wassan from their offices Saturday.
Manzoor Wassan was serving as Sindh interior minister and Sassui Palijo as Sindh minister for culture.
Sassui Palijo said her party had all the rights to take back the ministry, and it was an honour for her that Benazir Bhutto had appointed her for the post.
Earlier, Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Hussain Wasan excused from resuming his responsibilities and resigned from the post.
He met President Asif Ali Zardari yesterday (Friday) and discussed law and order situation in Karachi.
According to reports, he excused to continue as home minister and presented his resignation to the president.
