Tehran: The most powerful and sophisticated computer virus—Flame—may be created to spy on Iran’s nuclear programme as it has infected its 189 systems yet.
Experts say it is capable of gathering information from computers without being detected and could be the most malicious software ever developed.
A Russian antivirus company—Kaspersky Lab—studying cyber warfare says the virus was detected two years after it as created but still nothing can be said about its creator.
The virus has spread across the Middle East with 98 incidents in the West Bank, 32 in Sudan and 30 in Syria.
Iran has accused the US and Israel of developing the virus, saying these are the only countries able to create such a sophisticated virus.
