Quetta: The Supreme Court of Pakistan resumed the hearingĀ of the Balochistan law and order case in Quetta registry of the apex court.
The three-member bench of the apex court comprises Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry with Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Tariq Pervez is hearing the constitutional petition filed by Balochistan High Court Bar Association.
The bench in its previous hearing took serious notice of increasing number of missing persons, incidence of kidnapping for ransom, street and other henious crimes across the province.
The SC ordered that three people, who miss missing from Shalkot and Jinnah Town on May two, be presented in the court on May 2.
Relatives if the missing persons with the pictures of their loved once were also present in the court room.
