Bangalore: Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Pune Warriors by six wickets in an exciting 21th match of Indian Premier League (IPL) played at M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru, a metropolitan of India.
The Royal Challengers Bangalore chased a huge target of 183 runs on the last ball of the innings. Chris Gayle who scored 81 runs remained the leading run-scorer from Bangalore accompanied by Tiwary 36 and AB de Villiers 33.
The Pune bowlers failed to restrain Bangalore batsmen from scoring a huge target and took only four wickets in the innings. Dinda, Ashish Nehra, Samuels and Mathews were the four Pune bowlers who shared one wicket each.
Earlier 69 runs from Robin and 34 runs from both Jesse Ryder and Samuels helped Pune to set a huge target of 183 runs.
