Indian student wins gold in World Mathematics Competition

Mumbai: An Indian student, Darshan has secured a first position in an online World Mathematics Competition held in Australia.

According to details, Darshan, student of The Indian Public School was awarded gold medal in Australia recently. Darshan secured 3927 points and got the first place while another Indian student Rishabh got fifth position in the competition with 3534 points in 8-10 years age category.

In a category of age 4-7 years, the country’s another two students Daksh and Joy of Team India secured fourth and fifth places respectively.

 About 1.57 million students from all over the world took part in the competition.
