Sheikhupura: At least 20 passengers were killed and several others injured when a speedy bus overturned near Sheikhupura district of Pakistan’s Punjab province, rescue sources said on Monday.
“Incident took place due to over speeding when the bus was making turn at Safdarabad,” the sources said. They added that injured were being shifted to hospital.
Police has confirmed the death of eight people and said that dozens of other were injured.
In September 27, 2011, as many as 37 students were killed in Kallar Kahar school bus accident in the Chakwal District of the province.
