Washington: The White House spokesman Jay Carney said that US was waiting for the formal announcement of the new foreign policy by Pakistan, media reported on Tuesday.
According to reports the spokesman refused to talk about the suggestions tabled in the parliamentary session and said that working on the suggestions continued and .
“US respects the ongoing joint session of Pakistani Parliament regarding the formation of new foreign policy,” he added.
Carney further said that US esteem Pakistan as one of its important ally due to its role in Afghanistan and war against terror.
