Lahore: Five year ban on fast bowler Mohammad Amir due to spot-fixing charges likely to be lifted by International Cricket Council (ICC) soon.
Amir is banned by the International Cricket Council until September 2015 for bowling deliberate no-balls.
According to media reports, Amir has decided not to contact with International Arbitration Court to appeal against his five year ban on playing cricket and after the decision by the fast bowler ICC may life his ban to play international cricket.
The reports suggested that ICC and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have soft corner for Amir and likely to take a positive decision regarding his future.
