Multan: Jamaat e Islami (JI) Ameer Syed Munawar Hasan said that they would stage of a sit-in outside the parliament if the government tried to open Nato supply lines.
Addressing a Defence of Pakistan (Difa-e-Pakistan) conference here in Multan on Sunday, Hussain urged the government to review its relations with the United States and said that US was responsible for instability in Pakistan and the region.
Earlier, the rally was also addressed by Sheikh Rashid Ahmad and former ISI Chief Lt General (Retd) Hamid Gul.
The speakers said the US has no right to interfere in the internal affairs of Pakistan, adding that the US and Israel wanted to destabilize Pakistan by creating security problems.
They strongly condemned American policies in the region and Pakistan.
