Karachi: Federal Urdu University, Karachi, has sealed the examination record of former federal minister Amir Liaquat Hussain, who is allegedly earning M.A Islamic History from the varsity using impersonation.
According to report, the university administration has inquired in a letter to the chairman of Islamic History department that how a student could be promoted to fourth semester without attending classes and appearing in examinations.
Islamic History chairman Prof Muhammad Khalid had not replied so far, report added.
It is pertinent to mention here that Amir Liaquat Hussain had got admission in the MA Islamic History at the Urdu University but someone else had appeared in the three semesters examinations.
