Sukkur: Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik said on Tuesday that there was no inquiry going on about the visit of DG ISI General Shuja Pasha to London.
He was responding to reporters’ queries at Sukkur Airport. Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani had said that Pasha’s London visit was being probed.
Malik said the visits of DG ISI are secret, but Pasha went to Doha with the permission of PM.
He said four of those accused in Benazir Bhutto’s murder case are arrested and are being tried. When Pervez Musharraf comes to the country, he will have to face the law too, he said.
The interior minister claimed that more security was provided to the public meeting of Imran Khan on Sunday in Karachi than arranged for BB’s death anniversary in Garhi Khuda Bux.
