New Dehli: Star Indian cricketer Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar completed his 15,000 runs in test cricket on Tuesday.
The little master achieved this milestone in his 182nd test match against West Indies. He is the first cricketer in the history to reach this figure. He was 33 not out when the play ended on day 3.
He is the leading run-scorer in one-day cricket as well. Tendulker is the only male player to score a double century in the history of ODI cricket.
In 2002, Wisden ranked him the second greatest test batsman of all time, behind Donald Bradman, and the second greatest one-day-international (ODI) batsman of all time, behind Viv Richards.
