Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Friday demanded of President Asif Ali Zardari to resign forthwith, otherwise the masses would hang him at Bhatti Gate, Lahore.
Addressing a huge rally in Lahore, he accused the president and his ‘cronies’ of transferring taxpayers’ money to their accounts in Swiss banks . “If we can defeat dengue we can also get the country rid of Zardari,” he said and added Zardari will be hanged at Bhati Gate Lahore if he did not mend his ways.
Sharif said that Zardri did nothing when dengue epidemic erupted in Punjab.
He said that Madari had shown happiness over the 2nd May incident by writing an article in the US paper, adding that he could not be the president of the country, adding that when the Pakistani sovereignty was attacked Madari had praised the US action.
He said a maligned person is present in the presidency and Pakistan is facing hardships due to the wrongdoings of the rulers.
Billions of rupees have been looted by the rulers, adding that the time for the accountability has come, adding that the people fear while making journey in PIA.
He said that the patience of the Nawaz was considered as weakness by masses, adding that PML-N heard the vices of friendly opposition.
He said that the masses are facing hunger and unemployment I would not purchase the helicopter of 500 or 700 million rupees, adding that I would make journey on motorcycle cycle and even I could go on foot there is no need of helicopter, adding that masses are facing hunger and unemployment I could not purchase the helicopter from the money of national exchequer.
New Pakistan would be created after holding accountability of the present group of rulers, adding that the Pakistan of Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal would be created soon.

Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said that PML-N rally was against the federal government’s mismanagement, corruption and load shedding, claiming that the rally would drawn hundreds of thousands people.
Talking briefly to the journalists here on Friday at PML-N rally Sanaullah came hard on PPP-led government saying that it set new records of corruption and min management.
