Peshawar: A large number of people on Saturday started leaving areas of Bara tehsil on Saturday as the Pakistan Army planned a military offensive against militants in the Khyber tribal region.
Sources said that the forces were all set to go after militants in the area as large scale movement of tanks and artillery was being witnessed.
The residents of Tank, Malakdin Khel, Nala and other areas have been asked by the political administration to leave their homes in view of the operation.
