Karachi: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has said it is the constitutional, legal and moral obligation of Chief Justice of Pakistan to provide justice to Ayesha Ahad Malik.
As per details, the MQM Rabita Committee has appealed to Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to take suo motu notice of “state terrorism” against Ayesha and provide her justice.
In a statement, the committee said that Ayesha and her family members have been subjected to barbarism by the Punjab government.
Despite this, the Supreme Court has not taken any notice in this regard, said the MQM.
