Lahore: President, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), on Wednesday said that his party can sit with the government provided it present practical and actionable solution to the problems faced by the country.
Talking to an 8-members delegation of Council of National Affairs here he said that PML-N could move no-trust move against the government in the parliament but it had not the required numbers in the Assembly to get the motion passed from the lower house.
Regarding reports of PML-N contacts with PML-Q, Nawaz said that there was no truth in the reports that he had a meeting with Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain. However, he said, just exchange of messages had taken place between PML-N and PML-Q.
To a question regarding the Karachi situation he said that the involvement of India in Karachi’s unrest could not be ruled out.
He criticized the government for his handling of Raymond Davis issue.
