London: President PML (Like Minded) and Chairman Senate Foreign Relations Committee Senator Salim Saifullah Khan has announced that any decision on part of Pakistan Muslim League (LM) to join any grand national alliance whatsoever would be taken after consensus of the party leadership.
In a telephonic conversation with PML Secretary Steering Committee Ghulam Abbas from London, he said that PML-LM had not been formally contacted by any party and would not become a part of such alliance, promoting personal interests.
He further elaborated that PML(LM) would also not be part of any alliance which further aggravated the situation of Pakistan; in view of the fact that the problems of Pakistan were are increasing day by day and the party was seriously analyzing the situation of Pakistan.
The president PML (LM) said that party would only endeavour to be a part of any such move which would rather promote the interest of Pakistan, as the country faced critical times and stressed that it was responsibility of all to pull out Pakistan from existing crisis.
He highlighted that the grand alliance should not be for the vested interests and rather be for the interest of Pakistan.
