Lahore: Former foreign minister and senior leader of the Pakistan People’s Part (PPP) Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Wednesday met Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif in Raiwind Palace.
Talking to media he said current political situation of the country was discussed during the meeting. He added that the PML-N chief had invited him for the meeting.
Quershi said PPP and PML-Q’ coalition was illogical while it was unacceptable for diehard PPP workers.
He said that Nawaz and Benazir Bhutto struggled to restore democracy in the country.
The former minister said the country was facing serious challenges, including economic and governance.
