London: Muttahida Qaumi Movement Chief Altaf Hussain on Tuesday warned government of Pakistan that if MQM gives strike call from tomorrow then it would be continued unless removal of the government.
The MQM chief strongly condemned the violence in Karachi.
He said that police and administration in Karachi, the southern city of Pakistan, were seemed powerless. He said terrorists have been given free hand in Karachi.
Hussain demanded Awami National Party Chief Asfand Yar Wali that stop violence in Orangi Town. He said resident of Orangi Town, Qasba Colony, Kati Pahari have been besieged.
He said that MQM has been given punishment of quitting PPP-led government. He asked government that will MQM be given punishment like that?
Sources said that talks between Pakistan Peoples’ Party and MQM have been ended without any achievement, The New Tribe correspondent reported from Pakistan.
It is pertinent to mention here that MQM left the PPP-led government, expressing serious concerns over the postponement of Azad Jammu and Kashmir election on two constituencies in Karachi.
