Quetta: The judicial tribunal formed to probe the killing of five Chechens, including three women, has recommended legal action against FC and police officials, a private TV channel reported on Thursday.
The report said the tribunal found FC and police guilty of murder and recommended action against FC colonel Faisal, former CCPO police Dawood Junejo, Assistant Sub inspector police (ASI) Raza Khan and Station House Officer (SHO) Rehman.
The tribunal also recommended registration of cases against the elements responsible for the extra judicial killing. It said the foreigners had illegally entered in Pakistan and had no visa on their passports. The report noted that the slain foreigners were unarmed and had no suicide jackets, adding that the could be arrested alive. The report said they foreigners were killed by gunshots.
The commission noted it had found that the foreigners had no intention to target FC or police.
