Lahore: Three witnesses deviated from their statements against Moonis Ilahi in NICL fraud case.
Member Punjab Assembly Moonis Ilahi, son of PML-Q leader Chaudhary Pervez Ilahi, was presented in the banking court in tight security.
During proceeding of the case, the witnesses said that FIA had compelled them to sign on white paper, adding that they had not given statement against Moonis Ilahi on their free will.
Moonis Ilahi said that he had full confidence in the court.
It is worth mentioning here that NICL scandal is one of the biggest fraud cases of Pakistan’s history.
