Washington: White House Spokesman Jay Carney Wednesday said US want to continue cooperation with Pakistan in war on terror but special operations to maintain peace in the region remained parts of American military policy.
Obama administration appreciates the proposed visit of Senator John Kerry to Pakistan, he said, added that, such kind of had been remained useful to resolve the tension between both the countries.
He said Senator Kerry’s visit to Pakistan would be very important for both the countries. He said Obama administration wants consistence ties with Pakistan.
Carney said that important documents, taken form Al Qaeda Chief Osama Bin Laden’s compound during the US special commandos’ raid in Abottabad, Pakistan, gave positive response but no clues have yet been found that Osama had any supportive network in Pakistan.
