Baghdad: At least 15 Iraqi police officials were killed and several injured when a suicide bomber blew his explosive laden car in the city of Hilla south Baghdad, news agencies reported on Thursday.
The report said that 25 police officers were also wounded in the Thursday morning incident.
Earlier on Tuesday nine people were killed and 30 were injured in a bomb blast in the Shiite enclave of Doura in south Baghdad. The bomb was planted in a car and ripped through a crowded market.
