Islamabad: There are many doubts surrounding death of world’s most wanted Qaeda Chief Osama Bin Laden. Bin Laden, the alleged mastermind behind the 9/11 terror attacks was killed in a US-led operation in Bilal Town area of Abbottabad near Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul, some 150 Kilometer northeast of Islamabad.
Sources said that five aides of Osama, including his son and a woman, were killed while two wives six children and four accomplices were held in an operation that lasted for 40 minutes. A US official said that Osama received a bullet in the head.
The sources said that four helicopters took part in the operation while one of them was shot down Sunday
The only picture that has been released by the section of media, showing body of Osana is being said to be old one while his black beard also cast doubts.
On the other hand media reports said Osama’s body has been thrown in the sea only after few hours of his death.
Sources said that Pakistani security forces have found two vehicles in the compound where Osama was allegedly living. His three-storey hideout was surrounded by barbic wires while according to reports Osama was using ground flour of the building.
Eyewitness said a helicopter was flying overhead in the area on Sunday late night that was allegedly shot down, adding that three more choppers carrying clours like US helicopter came in the area and started action.
Al Qaeda and Afghan Taliban have yet not issued any statement pertaining to Osama’s death. However the sources said that a meeting of Al Qaeda leaders based in Afghanistan was under way to adopt any stance following the news.
