Karachi: The city over 300 major and minor markets and trade and business centres remained close on Tuesday on the strike of All Karachi Traders Alliance (AKTA) against the Bhatta and ‘Parchi’ mafia.
AKTA, which represent small traders of the city, has given the call against the increasing threats of extortion faced by Karachi traders.

He said that the government had failed to resolves traders’ problems. He demanded of the government to provide security to traders and take firm action against extortionist mafia.
