Tripoli: Air strikes of Libyan forces loyal to Muammar Gaddari killed at least 21 rebels and wounded severals in Benghazi on late Friday night.
Gaddafi’s forces threw missiles on arm depots occupied by anti-government people in Benghazi, As a result, 21 rebels died on the spot, while over two dozens wounded in the attack, The News Tribe correspondent reported.
Rebels have taken control of airport in Ras Lonaf and clashes are continued in the area between Muammar forces and rebels. The rebels are trying to move forward.
Earlier, At least 30 people were killed on Friday when security forces loyal to Gaddafi tried to retake Zawiyah, a town near the Tripoli, the capital of Libya.
