Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Friday gave Sindh police time till February 24 to arrest killers of Balochistan MPA Mir Bakhtiar Domki’s wife and daughter.
Sindh Inspector General Mushtaq Shah appeared before an SC bench and presented police investigation report into the killing.
The court expressed dissatisfaction over the report and ordered the IG to arrest the killers till Feb 24. However, the court exempted the IG from appearing in person on next hearing.
It is to mention here that Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Sunday took suo motu notice of the brutal killing.
