Earlier, Pakistan was beaten by three wickets on Saturday in its third match in Hong Kong Super sixes. Pakistan set 87 runs target in 4.5 overs while Hong Kong achieved the target in 4.4 overs for the loss of three wickets.

But in the next match Pakistan came back strongly and defeated India by 22 runs.
Pakistan batted first and set 110 runs in five overs to win the match. Umer Akmal smashed 54 for 11 deliveries and remained not out. Hammad Azam scored 14 runs and Sohail Khan made 17.
