Lahore: A single bench of Sindh High Court (SHC) adjourned the hearing of petition, filed by the chief of MQM -H Afaq Ahmed for quashment of proceeding in murder case against him.
According to Media Reports, bench comprising Justice Muhammad Tasleem on the request of Additional Prosecutor General Zafar Ahmed Khan for seeking time for submitting comments adjourned the hearing till August 26.
It may be mentioned here that Afaq Ahmed had challenged the registration of murder case against him in Nabi Bux police station and is seeking its quashment.
