Bangkok: Three people died and one was injured when a third Thai army helicopter crashed.
According to an official spokesman this was the third such crash in a little more than a week.
This third crash has brought the death toll from the three incidents to 17.
“There were two pilots and two army technicians on board. One was injured and three were killed,” Colonel Sunsern Kaewkumnerd said.
Thai television news channels broadcasted scenes of the crashed wreckage in the jungle.
