ISLAMABAD: Cricket-turned-politician Imran Khan on Monday accepted the invitation of Sourav Ganguly to watch Pakistan-India match at Eden Gardens cricket stadium on March 19, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
Chief of Bengal Cricket Association and former Indian cricketer Sourav Chandidas Ganguly asked Pakistani legendary cricketer, who lifted the 1992 world cup for Pakistan, Imran Khan to watch the sizzling match of International Cricket Council (ICC) Twenty20 Cricket World Cup 2016, between Pakistan and India that was scheduled to play on March 19.
On the other hand,  Chief of  Indian extremist political party Shiv Sena, Uddhav Thackeray threatened Chief Minsiter of Bengal for hosting Pakistan-India match at Kokalta.
Uddhav Thackeray opened criticism on CM Bengal for hosting the Pakistan-India match in International Cricket Council (ICC) Cricket World Cup 2016 at Eden Gardens cricket stadium.
He also admired the step taken by Chief Minister (CM) of Hamachal Pardesh Virbhadra Singhn and said that excusing from hosting match is a patriotic decision.
