DUBAI: Pakistan have seized fifth position from arrogant India in Test format after showing their splendid performance against world class team Australia, but they have another chance to climb on third position in ICC Test Ranking.
After 15 years, Pakistan thrashed Australia by big margin 221 runs in Test match at Dubai International Cricket Stadium in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). As well as, the Green-shirts made many records in the match even in batting or bowling.
Pakistan can snatch the third position to white-wash Australian team in the two Test match series. However, the Green-shirts can also reach on the fourth position if they win the series by 1-0 against Kangaroos.
The second and final Test match will be played between Pakistan and Australia from October 30 at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
