LAHORE: Prominent Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader and federal railways’ minister, Khawaja Saad Rafique, recommended that two sensitive institutions including judiciary and military should not be criticised.
Khawaja Saad Rafique said that Pakistani military is fighting against terrorists; shielding the nation from internal and external enemies.
Rafique was talking to a ceremony in the federal capital Lahore today; said that an army personnel deployed on Siachen, fights in the passion to shield nation but not for salary.
The minister famous for his outbursts said that he is just repeating what he said a few days ago, hinting at his statement against former dictator Pervez Musharraf which started a debate in sensitive circles of the society.
While commenting over criticism on judiciary from different circles, Rafique said that judiciary is providing justice to the Pakistanis.
He clarified that whole nation would oppose any unlawful move in the country. However, he further said that Pakistan receives severe significant damage from political parties’ culture.
The federal minister’s statement came up after speculations for emergence of differences between Pakistan’s federal government and military.
