Islamabad: Pakistan Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani has said that US drone attacks in the northwest region of Pakistan were affecting the efforts in war on terror, said a ISPR release on late Wednesday night.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relation release, Kiyani said mass support is essential to win the war on terror. He categorically refused the propaganda against Pak Army over its performance in war on terror.
Kiyani, according to ISPR statement, said that we were depriving of mass confidence due to the US drone strikes in the tribal region of Pakistan. He said operation of Pak Army in war on terror shows the intentions of the nation.
