New York: United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Mon has gravely condemned the desecration of Quran, the holy book of Muslims, by an American pastor Terry Jones in Florida, and said such kind of incident are not tolerable.
Ban Ki Mon in a letter to all members of the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) said the purposes of such kind of incidents are to create differences between societies. He said few people could not determine the relationship between nations. He said there is no space of extremism in society.
