Lahore: The declaration of assets by Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan was just a mockery, alleged Provincial Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Rana Sanaullah, dubbing Khan as ‘Establishment Khan’.
Sanaullah, while talking to media men at the Punjab Assembly cafeteria, said Sheikh Rashid joined the PTI on somebody else’s behest.
On being asked, he said Punjab Assembly would adopt a Privilege Amendment Bill in its next sitting, which will empower Speaker to summon any convicted legislator to the house.
Sanaullah said government departments were running provincial affairs smoothly.
He said a day would be fixed to discuss sensitive issues like health and law and order in the assembly and opposition would be taken into confidence in this regard.
Meanwhile, he said Zulfiqar Khosa was PML-N’s asset and Nawaz Sharif would address his reservations.
He said government would neither oppose nor support Dost Mohammed Khosa’s personal case.
On creation of new provinces, he demanded formation of a national commission.
